one egg beater/vege
one pices of jeaneo turkey breakfast sausage
one piece of whole grain/wheat toast with I cant believe its not butter spray
 
Lunch:
left over chicken fajitas
 
Dinner:
went to Applebees and had the Weight Watchers Lime Tilapia with rice and brocolli.
 
Water today 64 ounces.
